Production

We produce electronic components in compliance with ROHS. On option, we can also manufacture in "leaded" version (for military or medicine technology etc.). Our in-house production guarantees a short delivery period. Our production includes:

• In-line-assembly on pick-and-place machine
• Visual examination according to Golden Plate Method
• Burn In
• Preliminary test
• Varnishing, casting
• Assembly (mechatronic product)
• End test

To guarantee a short set-up time for prototypes, the data of our CAD are loaded directly via CADCAM to our processing center. Our in-house-manufacture of mechanic parts guarantees a short delivery period for mechatronic products.
